Sites that let you put stuff on the internet so people can look at 'em. Don't rely on these as the only copy of your data please. Local back-ups are important! Also be sure to check the terms of service, some are more or less restrictive than others
Note: There are a lot of small communities offering services to their members if you go looking, including code forges and static hosting among other small but very useful services. I have avoided pointing to any in particular because it feels a bit rude when the whole model sort of relies on being a small group, but do know that they're out there.
Not free, but extremely cheap for static hosting (this site is hosted here and costs about $4 a year, though my domain is registered elsewhere). Dynamic hosting is probably also reasonable but I haven't really shopped around.
Gimmicky, pay to post but they claim their goal is to keep all of your posts available for as long as they possibly can, including after you stop paying
